Our attorney, Nina W. We negotiate, review and prepare a wide range of business and commercial agreements, including sales and distribution contracts, employment agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements, and covenants not to compete, among others. We also handle business litigation, including but not limited to dissolution of partnerships, shareholder disputes and contract disputes.

Estate Planning

We can discuss with you and will help you understand the different options available to ensure both the orderly distribution of your assets and to help you to provide for the care of minor children or elderly dependents in the event of your death. We will draft all documents necessary to establish and implement your estate plan, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives. If specific tax advice is required, we can work with your professional advisor to create the plan best suited for your needs.

Estate Administration

If you have been named administrator, executor or personal representative of the estate of a loved one we can guide you through the administration process. We will advise you regarding the payment of debts and taxes, assist you in the distribution of property according to the wishes of the decedent and settle the estate. Our services include the filing of required probate documents and representation in any probate court proceedings. Furthermore, if the administration of the estate is contested, we handle probate litigation.
